Delivery
Orders are dispatched through our designated courier service, Leopards Courier.
Please ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel at the provided delivery address.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
A replacement may be provided if:
- You receive a damaged item, or
- You receive an incorrect item due to an error on our part.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos/videos of the item and packaging.
Replacement requests will be reviewed and approved at our discretion based on the condition of the item and the circumstances of the order.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. We are not responsible for damage reported after the specified reporting period.
Items that have been worn, altered, damaged after delivery, or improperly handled may not qualify for replacement.
Jewelry Care
Jewelry should be handled with care. To help maintain its appearance, avoid contact with water, perfume, lotions, chemicals and excessive moisture. Store your jewelry in a dry place in the storage bag provided when not in use.
