Shipping Policy
We carefully pack every order to ensure fast and reliable delivery. Orders within Karachi are usually delivered within 2–3 working days, while orders to other cities across Pakistan typically arrive within 3–4 working days. All orders are shipped through Leopards Courier. Please note that delivery times may occasionally vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us within 1–2 days of placing it, as changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped.
Returns, exchanges and complaints
At Semora, every order is carefully checked and packed before dispatch. As our pieces are specially selected and prepared for you, we do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been placed.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered due to an error on our part, we are happy to offer a replacement. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order via Instagram DM, along with clear photos or a video of the item and its packaging. The item must be unworn and returned in its original box and storage bag.
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will replace the item at no additional cost to you.
Please note that sale items are not eligible for exchanges.
